How to stay Healthy?

- Staying healthy is not just eating the occasional healthy foods or salad or going for a walk once in a few weeks.

- Poly-unsaturated, mono-unsaturated and omega-3 fats are the perfect choice for all healthy lifestyle. 
- Regularly exercise activity allows the body to perform healthier –it prevents cardiac failure, asthma and a variety of other diseases at control, and is a major weight reduction factor.

- Regularly exercises reduces the risk of heart disease, diabetes, stroke, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, and certain cancers, and it can also help control stress, improve sleep, boost mood, keep weight in control, and reduce the risk of falling and improve memory in adults. 
- Eat fruit and vegetables that have a high content of vitamins and  minerals.
- Eat lots of good healthy fruits and vegetables instead of junk foods.
- Eat lean protein meats, beans, and vegetables.
